Constitution
The Constitution sets out the rules, purpose and operational framework for WPC Cricket (the Association). WPC Cricket is an incorporated association that operates under the legislation of the Associations Incorporation Act 1981 administered by the Queensland Office of Fair Trading.
Structure
WPC Cricket is a volunteer run community cricket club which operates with a 3-tiered governance structure:

Strategic level – Management Committee supported by

Operational level – operational roles e.g. the Cricket Managers and other cricket operations roles together with administrative roles – Registrar, Merchandise, Website Admin, Social Media Admin and Grants Officer underpinned by

Service Delivery level – Team Captains, Coaches and Managers and Curators
